My name is Susan Brown. While owning a quilt shop in Mankato, Minnesota I began designing rulers, rulers that my customers were excited about and found useful. As I took my store on the road to shows and listened to my customers as I found they were more impressed with these rulers than the fabric I sold.

My rulers are basic tools that beginners and advanced quilters need and can use. Quilters who buy my rulers use them, not occasionally but consistently. They are as important as that rotary cutter or pin cushion you have by your side.
